Fly Fishing Schools

We offer various fly fishing schools on the San Juan.  Our classes are aimed at your specific needs, whether you are a novice, or an advanced fly fisher. T.J. is an experienced instructor, and has taught fly fishing and fly tying classes at the San Juan College for the past 14 years.  

We also have fly fishing classes for women!

A note from a previous school attendee:

First: I had a great time today, and enjoyed the classes with you.  I want you to pass on a special thanks to Tom, who spent a considerable amount of time with me, both in and out of the water.  He taught me many things today.  Furthermore, he made me feel comfortable, and I think that this is an important skill in guiding.

Second: Thank you for taking the time to order my waders and for putting together the "apparatus package" for me.  This saved me great time and effort.  All I need to do is get my trout legs and I'll be off.
